It's easy for anyone to memorize the elements of this trust, since they are organized in alphabetical fashion.
The trust has been deliberately edited to fit on a single page so as not to be too laborious or legalistic.

PREAMBLE: THE DECLARATION OF TRUST.
The Valanga di Vita Company, Inc. a 501c3 Public Service Educational Organization, by and through its agent the Double U Companies, L.L.C. a series LLC wholly controlled by the Valanga di Vita Company, Inc. for the purpose of holding assets, hereby establishes the Cherry Moon ANONYMOUS Charitable Trust and names the DOUBLE U COMPANIES L.L.C. as Trustee along with itself.

FORM OF THE TRUST:
The form of this charitable trust, shall generally follow the example given by the IRS
but incorporating the following specific clauses.

I. TRUST ASSETS,
The trustor hereby funds the trust with the bank account in the name of The double U Companies, L.L.C. and all assets added to the trust will be listed in SCHEDULE A HEREIN.

II: TRUST BENEFICIARIES
The Beneficiaries are as described in Schedule B.

III. CHARITABLE PURPOSES
The purpose of the trust shall be one, to protect the persons and property of people fleeing violence as described in Schedule C,
TWO: to Fund a University system as described in Schedule C
Three, to promote a global garden government based on a cooperative economy as described in Schedule C.

IV and V DUTIES AND ELECTION OF THE TRUSTEES: The trustee duties are enumerated in Schedule D. Procedures of election of trustees is described in Schedule E.


Two trustees are required by Federal law, and accordingly the trustees shall be the Valanga di Vita Company, Inc. and the Double U Companies, L.L.C., and the people managing that company shall be appointed BY THE VICTIMS THEMSELVES.

FOR THE PRESENT MOMENT SAINT PRIEST AND MARTYR OSCAR ARNULFO ROMERO Y GALDAMEZ IS IN CHARGE, since he was assassinated for social justice and he "gets it".

SCHEDULES: A-E.
ASSETS, BENEFICIARIES, CHARITABLE PURPOSES, DUTIES OF TRUSTEES, ELECTION OF TRUSTEES.
We note that the term charitable trust has traditionally connoted those in a society who are in need of the charity of others, but mental illness creates domestic societies, families, in which some members lay waste to the persons and property of others, thus creating a situaiton where the "charitable beneficiary" the person deserving of protection may be a persecuted member of the same family unit where their persecutors, who appear well to do and conceal their psychosis, are members.
We note with equal emphasis that presumptuous people brought up with ridiculous privilege often assume they are not responsible to do their fair share of the work, but at the same time are entitled to more than their fair share, including fancy vehicles, boats and vacation homes simply because they assume entitlement and no responsibility. Part of our job is to expose this two pronged ridiculous injustice.
THe university is a beneficiary, and also, the people who run the company, in order to carry out this charitable mission, we need protection that we may be bullied no longer TO PROTECT OUR PERSONS AND PROPERTY FROM VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, ROBBERY, BULLYING AND OTHER VIOLATIONS OF OUR RIGHTS.
see "leopard's tale" as in the Declaration of Independence of the United States where offenses are enumerated in a clear list, but with less hypocrisy as we have not killed or enslaved anyone to do it, nor do we intend to do so.
To protect our persons and property from violence those who work for this nonprofit will be part of the cooperative university structure for as long as they wish, and shall share all in common, receive no salary and pay no taxes.
And C, a very strictly overseen class of beneficiaries, a special needs trust for the elderly, the disabled and or the mentally ill who have been the perpetrators of violence against us, so that they may no longer abuse us forever, even if they never heal.
These two classes of persons however are VERY DISTINCT, as one class is dangerous and deadly.

SCHEDULE A: TRUST ASSETS:
The following res funds the trust:
VEHICLES: Honda del sol, honda civic, Hummer bicycle
DEVICES: two broken laptops broken by domestic assault, one desktop purchased at a discount for the charity, one used iphone 6, one twenty five year old outdated flat screen tv
BANK ACCOUNTS: the bank account registered in the name of THE DOUBLE U COMPANIES

all our worldly possessions present and future, and ourselves as well, so that we are wards of the Guardian, so to speak, not through disability but because we wish to remain completely anonymous and to have the trustee protect us in all things.
SCHEDULE B: BENEFICIARIES: THE valanga di vita and the university, and anyone who has registered to be a protected ward of the trust, shall be identified by a common identifier to be agreed upon.



A charitable trust is a good vehicle for protecting assets (and we have a legitimate and legal reason for wishing to do so), since it is irrevocable the assets generally are safe.
In this case the beneficiaries are the university, the garden govt, (UBI coop structure) the violently crazy, (special needs trust) and the veterans of violence especially sexual violence. All four classes of beneficiaries need a separate clause to be added to the form drafted by the IRS.
Then any one can make a gift and receive back an annuity.
But the members of the coop are "all in" so to speak and no one can touch their assets thus they are protected forever.


SOME NOTES:
Domestic violence thrives in silence and secrecy so we are leaving this provisional trust up while we work on it, because we are tired of suffering in secrecy and that's just the way it is.
In fact this trust first began as a non profit to protect asylum seekers from EL SALVADOR but upon closer inspection we have suffered at least as much as they and for a far longer time in many cases without any clause in the law to provide us with asylum from our family in some other geographical district.
One thinks of Kranium saying "nobody haffi know" because he is trying to do something bad.
The discretion we insist on is ANONYMITY TO PROTECT THE LIVES OF THE SECOND CLASS OF OF BENEFICIARIES, TO WIT THE VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE.
